10/10 would recommend Kode. Kolten helped me out with a provincial corporate dissolution when I was having a difficult time getting in touch with other CPAs. He was timely, communicative, and promptly answered any questions I had throughout the process. Rates were very competitive and he over-delivered on his promises. Deandre has been completing my home business, cryptocurrency and personal taxes for about 5 years now. He is attentive, responding timely to questions and concerns I have, accurate, knowledgable, reasonably priced and hasn’t missed a filing date despite me sometimes dragging my feet to get him the documents he needs. I would recommend him to anyone who doesnt want to do their own simple personal taxes, or has a more complicated tax situation like I do involving cryptocurrencies, capital gains/losses, home businesses, post-secondary education, short term disability, children and more.
